Sales manager

We are looking for a dynamic, results driven sales professional that has a passion for prospecting, developing and converting new business opportunities. You should have gravitas, a passion for selling and have a profile within the IT marketplace. You must have a background in the IT sales world.
It’s essential this candidate is pragmatic, understanding what the client needs are and provide a clear view on how to deliver to meet their overall business objectives, both tactically and on a strategic level.

Responsibilities

Doing research and developing proposals to unique customers` specifications that fully articulate the product's technical capabilities and satisfies the stated requirements;
Establishing and maintaining solid relationships with customers throughout the sales deal closing cycle;
Conducting discovery communication, and negotiations up to closing a Deal;
Maintain and manage customer databases (CRM).

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales (history of success in driving and closing business deals)
Work with tools for automated lead generation: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Phantombuster, Google Sheets etc)
Excellent written and spoken English, with additional languages an advantage;
Strong presentation and demonstration skills;
Strong closing ability;
Analytical skills to review sales data and financial reports;
Solid knowledge of sales tools
